The New Westminster Overdose Community Action Team (NWOCAT) is an action-led committee made up of professionals, community members, and people who have been directly impacted by the overdose crisis.
Together, the NWOCAT is dedicated to mobilizing community efforts to address the overdose crisis locally.
Our vision is to create equitable opportunities and outcomes for people who use drugs living in New Westminster.
