This free group uses an educational approach to assist parents in understanding brain-based behaviours and how family dynamics affect parenting; how to improve parental coping; how to identify and address problems; how to use effective, positive discipline strategies; and improve communication and interventions with your child.

• Location: Purpose Society, New Westminster
• Offered as a 6-week group up to 2 times per year
• Daytime and evening sessions available
